The owner needs to work on customer service skills. I understand he is the only one working there, but he needs to treat customers with more respect.
I was dropping off two boxes and I was not sure if I had to write something outside of the envelope that I needed to place on top of the box. He grabbed it and told me I needed to place it on the fed ex-pouch, I told him thats not where the instructions said to place. He got mad and told me not repeat myself.He grabbed the envelope and placed it in the pouch.
I dont mind driving a few extra miles to a different location, but I will not tolerate being treated like this. We all have bad days but we need to be professional and respectful, specially if you are the owner.
