This sprint store had the worst customer service I ever experienced in a Sprint store. I made an online service appointment through Sprint. When I arrived, I as told that they do not honor online service appointments at that location. Also, I was told that it would be at least 90 minutes before a service tech cold see me. After that, Id have to wait for the problem to be diagnosed and it could be several hours. I dont see how a cell phone store that does not honor corporate police can even stay in business. I was going to buy an additional phone and service. However I decided to take my business elsewhere. I called Sprint customer service and they were shocked at the behavior of the store employees and gave me additional locations where I can go for service and new plans.
