Better off throwing your phone against a wall than letting a tech touch it!
After spending an hour on the phone with Sprint Phone support due to my Galaxy Note 2 mysteriously disconnecting from the Sprint network, I was told that I had to go into the Store. When I went into the Sprint Store in Watertown, Ma they could not evaluate the phone on the spot. They asked for authorization to wipe our information and I said definitely not! After a few hours I called to follow-up and they ended up breaking the phone worse and it was not able to be turned on. Additionally they corrupted my SD card which had all my backups. I lost 3 years of photos, music, in app data, and other documents. They basically said there was nothing that they could do except replace the phone with another used one. This is already the second time it was replaced.
After 4 days they had a replacement phone for me. This also was not working properly. The store was no help!!! After being transferred 4x and waiting an hour on hold the retentions department offered me for all the problems, but that does not fairly compensate me. 2x they promised to call back with a supervisor and never did.
Do yourself a favor and Dump Sprint!! T Mobile is offering to pay off your Early Termination Fees if you are still under contract like I am.
Sprint can go out of business if they don’t care about their customer’s satisfaction!
